Resume
The article explores theoretical approaches to the formation of an organizational and economic mechanism for stabilizing an enterprise in the conditions of turbulence in the national economy of Ukraine. The emphasis is on a systematic generalization of the concepts of sustainability management, adaptability and anti-crisis development of enterprises during the period of post-war reconstruction. It is substantiated that the stabilization of an enterprise’s activities is the result of the interaction of three basic components: the organizational structure of management, financial and economic instruments and information and analytical support.
The evolution of approaches to determining the essence of the stabilization mechanism is revealed, starting from classical theories of competitiveness to modern models of sustainable development and flexible management. The influence of external macroeconomic factors (inflationary fluctuations, war risks, state support) and internal organizational factors on the effectiveness of stabilization processes is analyzed.
Based on a comparative analysis of domestic enterprises in the machine-building, agricultural and energy sectors, directions for increasing their adaptive potential through improving the organizational and economic mechanism are substantiated. A conceptual model of enterprise stabilization is proposed, integrating the principles of strategic flexibility, digital transformation and financial security. The practical significance of the study lies in the formation of methodological principles for the development of anti-crisis programs for enterprise development in modern Ukrainian realities.
