Анотація
У статті досліджено економічну сутність та науковий генезис процесів корпоративної інтеграції в сучасному соціально-економічному середовищі. Розкрито природу інтеграційних форм, що виникають у результаті об’єднання капіталів, ресурсів та бізнес-стратегій на мікро- та макрорівнях. Особливу увагу приділено еволюції наукових підходів до трактування інтеграції – від класичних інституційних концепцій до сучасних теорій корпоративного управління та правового комплаєнсу. Висвітлено ключові етапи становлення інтеграційних процесів: індустріальний, постіндустріальний і цифровий, а також їх вплив на конкурентоспроможність підприємств та трансформацію ринкових структур.
Обґрунтовано необхідність комплексного економіко-правового супроводу інтеграційних процесів, що включає регуляторні механізми державної політики, корпоративне право, антимонопольні обмеження та інструменти договірного регулювання. Показано, що ефективна інтеграція неможлива без правового забезпечення прозорості, захисту прав акціонерів та управління ризиками. Запропоновано авторське бачення системи критеріїв оцінювання інтеграційних рішень з позиції збалансування економічних результатів і юридичних вимог. Результати дослідження можуть бути використані для удосконалення практик корпоративного управління, формування інтеграційної політики компаній, підготовки нормативно-правових рекомендацій та подальших наукових розвідок у сфері економічної інтеграції та права.
